Recent cases include discrimination and retaliation, contract, and unfair competition disputes. He also advises employers on compliance issues, and represents clients in business litigation.
He advises senior executives, financial services professionals, and others on employment agreements and offer letters, application of restrictions on competitive activity, and severance and other departure agreements.
