Mark Risk, P.C. represents clients in employment law and litigation in New York.

Mark brings and defends cases in federal and state courts, in arbitration proceedings, and before the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Recent cases include discrimination and retaliation, contract, wage/hour, and unfair competition disputes. 

He advises executives and others on employment agreements and offer letters, application of restrictions on competitive activity, and severance and other departure agreements.

He is a member of the governing Council of the Labor and Employment Law Section of the American Bar Association, and a member of the Advisory Board of the NYU Law Center for Labor and Employment Law. He is a fellow of the College of Labor and Employment Lawyers, and he is recognized in each of the Law Dragon 500, New York Best Lawyers, and Super Lawyers ratings.
